Friends Outside Santa Clara: Every human being had the potential for good as well as evil and that too often incarceration and its impact on the family led to the waste of human potential. Using volunteers and donors, the agency began to provide food, clothing, and support for families.
California Reentry Program: The mission of the California Reentry Program is to assist California prisoners in successfully reentering society. This includes developing parole plans; providing prisoners assistance with developing social skills and obtaining services in their local communities; promoting public support for such programs; and providing a model for reentry programs that can be replicated in California and elsewhere.
San Francisco women’s reentry center: Provides women who have a history of criminal justice involvement with the services necessary to achieve and maintain safe and healthy lifestyles. Restorative Justice principles are woven into all of the center’s practices, guided by the belief that crime hurts everyone; victim, offender, families and communities, and creates an obligation to make things right. Community based nonprofits, such as Community Works, Center Point and others
Santa Clara County Probation Department: is to reduce crime and protect the community through prevention, investigation, and supervision services and safe custodial care for adults and juveniles. As an integral part of the justice system, the Department is committed to building partnerships with the community and restoring losses to victims of crime and the public through innovative programs that stress offender accountability and development of competency skills.

PACT: PACT helps everyday people win extraordinary victories by teaching them how to speak, act, and engage in the public arena for themselves through grassroots organization.There are also PACT meetings on Tuesdays at 9Am on Hedding right across the jail in the Old Armory building. They have specific services for
people who were just released, it’s a workshop.
