 Santa Clara Superior Court Public Access Case Information Site: Gain information on  your case regarding civil, family, probate and small claims cases. You cannot access information for parentage if you have children and are not married. If you are married or have no kids you will be able to access your case file. This is only for Santa Clara County.

Restraining Order Help:

The Restraining Order Help Center is the place to go for information on how to get a restraining order. The staff there will talk to you about your problem and give you the forms and sample books for your specific situation. Learn more here. Information about resources at court and in the community are also provided. You can get information on temporary shelter, counseling, and other help you might need.
