Dianne Anderson held leadership positions in worldwide marketing, executive development and R&D for Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies over the course of her 27-year career in high tech. For eight years following that she ventured into the world of small business as co-owner and publisher of the Los Gatos Discovery Map. Dianne has a history of helping people in the community with active involvement in the Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Los Gatos Visitors Bureau, and the Santa Clara County Holiday Project. Wherever she goes she brings with her an active curiosity about life, learning, and human interaction, combined with strong organization, project management and communication skills to produce the results that are needed.
Patricia Bashaw has over 20 years of executive level experience in successful public and private corporations, from start-up to maturity. Prior to being Vice President of Corporate Services for Nellcor, Pat spent 6 years as Vice President and co-founder of the Resource Center for Women, a counseling, education and employment center. She has served on the Board of Directors for several agencies including Djerassi Resident Artists Program and Women and Their Children’s Housing (WATCH). Pat has been with Next Door Solutions since 2003 and additionally serves on the Board for the Palo Alto Art Center Foundation.
Melissa Hollatz is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she focuses on all aspects of public and private company representation, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, and corporate governance, with an emphasis on technology companies. Representative public company clients include Polycom, Inc., Advent Software, Inc., and Intevac, Inc. Melissa has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions involving both domestic and international deals by public and non-public companies. Melissa received both her B.A. and J.D. from Stanford University.
John Latham lives in San Mateo and works as a CPA in Belmont. He has lived in the Bay Area for 30 years and worked for Seiler LLP for 27 years. He has been on the Board of Next Door Solutions for the past four years. He feels that a significant and growing part of our service economy is going to be from the non-government not for profit sector.
Michelle Puma has been a Certified Public Account since 1999. Her areas of concentration include assurance services, tax compliance, business entity selection, outsourcing services, and budget forecasting. She prides herself on being a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the California State Board of Accountancy. Michelle received her B.S. in Accounting from San Jose State University and is currently instructing an accounting and auditing course at San Jose State.
Erika Muhl Schwarz is of counsel at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she focuses on all aspects of public and private company representation, including corporate governance, public offerings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions. Erika received her B.A. from Georgetown University and J.D. from U.C. Hastings College of the Law.
